Can you be a winner in KBC? No, we are not talking about the super popular quiz show Kaun Banega Crorepati but a smart and creative version of it. Recently, Rajasthan Police came up with this innovative way to spread awareness about crimes and laws. They started a quiz show named ‘Kitna Bada Crime’ to spread awareness among the citizens.
Of course, previously we have seen Mumbai police winning hearts of the citizens while spreading awareness through their witty tweets. However, this approach by Rajasthan Police is surely something new. This is certainly a unique and first-of-its-kind approach.
So, what exactly is it? Since September 24, the Rajasthan Police started posting one question every day. The questions are related to crimes and IPC sections dealing with those offenses.
The purpose behind this novel idea is to capture the attention of the social media savvy citizens and spread awareness. DGP of Rajasthan Police O.P. Galhotra considers this as a fun and entertaining way to speared information. In his own words:
‘It is a novel initiative taken by the Rajasthan Police. None of other states has done something similar.’
We certainly agree with the DGP! Now, let us take a look at the first question that was posted. It attracted many responses. Following that, there were other questions too. Here are the tweets:

Since then, the KBC tweets by Rajasthan Police are attracting increased responses from the netizens. Many are taking part in the game to come up with the correct answer.
Certainly, there is no prize money, but this initiative is actually helping citizens to become more aware. However, seeing the huge response, the senior officers are considering bringing in a prize. We hope that the police force of the other states will also come up with such initiatives that ensure increased awareness among the citizens in an engaging way.
