Make Use Of These Home Remedies And Say Goodbye To Monsoon Hair Fall

The weather to officially take 'work from home' is here and we can't help but love the entire feel of it. As much as we love how it makes us feel, don't we absolutely hate it how it makes our hair feel? Adding to a million girl problems, hair fall during monsoon becomes just an add-on.

Everything is glitter and gold in this mausam, but it becomes so tricky to take care of the thinning of hair that it brings with it.

But don't you worry, I've got just the fix that wouldn't cost you a bomb and give your hair the right treatment that it needs without visiting a parlour.

The potassium in coconut milk helps in hair growth.

There's no other ingredient needed for this one. All you need to do is apply coconut milk to your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes before you rinse it well. The Vitamin E in coconut milk helps moisturise your hair and keeps it healthy.

Applying aloe vera thrice a week will bring massive difference in hair growth.

For this traditional home remedy, you need to extract the pulp of aloe vera from the leaf or the stalk and massage it on your scalp. Leave it on for 15 minutes or so before a hair wash. Since aloe vera balances the pH levels of the hair as well as the scalp, it helps in hair growth.

Amla helps prevent premature greying of hair.

For this home remedy, you have to boil the dry amla in coconut oil till the oil turns black. Once it cools down a little, you can massage your scalp with the same. Rinse it with cold water and shampoo it after 20 minutes. The Vitamin C in amla helps absorb iron which keeps your hair locks strong and healthy.

Doing this thrice a week will keep your hair healthy and strong.

Boil beetroot leaves in water, after which you have to grind the leaves and add henna into it. Mix it well to make a paste out of it and apply gently on the scalp. Once it's done, leave it on for 20 whole minutes before a hair wash. Since beetroot has a lot of potassium, vitamins and protein, it helps keep your hair healthy.

Potassium, iron and vitamin in potatoes help maintain healthy hair.

Cut some peeled potatoes and blend them to make a puree out of them. Add a little amount of water to it if it's too thick. Strain the puree and add a teaspoon of honey and water in it. Once the mixture is ready, you can apply it to your hair and scalp and leave it on for half an hour. Shampoo your hair well after.

Neem's antibacterial properties helps in getting rid of dandruff.

Boil neem leaves in water and wait for the mixture to cool a little. Once it's cooled down than the boiling temperature, you only have to rinse your hair with the neem water. This can be done after you've shampooed your hair already. Taking a bath with neem water once a week keeps your scalp healthy and promotes hair growth.

Eggs are rich in proteins and vitamins, both are essential nutrients for healthy hair.

You need two eggs and one teaspoon of olive oil. Separate the yolks from the egg whites. Only mix the egg white with olive oil till you get a thick consistency. Apply the mixture on your scalp and hair. Rinse it after you've left it alone for 15-20 minutes. Make sure you shampoo your hair well after the mixture is rinsed off. Do this twice a week.
