Random Things That Make You Miss Your Ex-Roommates

Dear Ex-Roomie, please come back!?

We've all had roommates at some point of time in our life. They can either be siblings or strangers who soon become an integral part of our life. These bunch of crazies make life a little more tolerable.
They fill in the empty spaces not only in our room but also in our heart. We get used to their little habits and things that they do and vice versa. A lot of times, their habits also drive us crazy, but at the same time, we miss them when they're gone.
Here are a few things shared by my beautiful Instagram family about their ex-roommates. Read on...

The musical connection.

Music is something that people connect at the first go. Once you get to know the type of music your roommates like, you automatically gel with them too well. If their taste in music is drastically different from yours, it only teaches you new things about music and them.

Caring and sharing.

Most of us miss the care and concern that our ex-roomies showed. Being the clumsy little self, they become someone to check on you each time you weren't okay and even otherwise.

Trying and testing!

Well, this one is for the girl gang especially. If you had a roomie who believed in home remedies for anything and everything, bet they made you try them too. From skin care to hair care, you must have tried it all!

Late nights and conversations.

A lot of times, you must have gone for a stroll in the city with your then-roommates. At night, in those quiet hours, you shared a peaceful time with not only them but also had some of the most excellent conversations that you still cherish.

Bedtime talks!

So many times, you would end the day by sharing what happened with your roomies. Sometimes, you would share secrets, sometimes you would have talk about really stupid things. But all in all, a good talk before bed would only make you sleep better, don't you agree?

Food for thought!

Of course we have had roommates who cooked such delicious food. So much that we didn't even get a chance to miss home-cooked food.

Wake up alarm!

More than our alarm clocks, it was your roommate who woke you up every single morning. You could snooze the alarm on the clock, but never get your roomie to leave. :( Sob! Sob!

Making art all the way.

If you were lucky enough to get more than one roommate, you'd know how much you learned from them. In fact, more the people, more the knowledge shared. Each one would have a different art to flaunt. And you'd then find yourself learning a new skill from them.

Oh how much all of this makes me miss my ex-roommate!
