Jharkhand Man Killed A Teacher And Ran With Her Severed Head


In Seraikela-Kharswan district a mentally ill man killed a teacher of Primary School named Sukra Hesa. The accused is identified as Hari Hembram, is 26 years old. He is reportedly not stable mentally and lived alone nearby. He dragged the 30 years old teacher to his house and kill her with a sword. He ran with her severed head to the jungle, 5km away from the village to flee from police and local people.
The incident occurred when the mid-day meal was being served to the students of Khaprasai Primary School, Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) of Seraikela, Avinash Kumar said.
After the incident, the police was informed about it but the local people were outraged and were chasing the Hari to beat. Police came to spot to save the accused from the mob and tell people to maintain law and order. When the police found him, he was hidden behind the bushes in the jungle with the severed head of teacher.
After he gets arrested, local people started to beat him, but police somehow managed to save him from the mob. In all these, 4 policemen are also injured. Apart from this, the officer-in-charge of Seraikela police station said they even thought of gunning down the accused but could not do so due to the presence of so many people at the spot.
The accused was initially taken to Sadar Hospital and later shifted to MGM Hospital in Jamshedpur, the police officer said. The local resident, as well as school authorities, demanded stringent action against the accused.
